Project description

In Moravian-Silesian region there is high percentage of long time unemployed people, who are severly endangered with social exclusion. Project sugest complex service of support by gradual means of active labour policy for disabled people. These people have difficulties with entering open job market and are disadvantaged in their social employment. Support is based on targeted counselling, diagnostics, motivational activities, requalification and help with job hunting with the goal of job contract. We are focused on individual approach with getting into account special needs of each client. Project is also aimed at creation of new work possitions. Expected number of users is 50 people with special needs, who will be entering the procces according to their needs. Their chances on job market will be improved. Project takes into account needs of target group and realisation will help improve work competencies, job market accesibility and work and social integration. In the realization proces we want to focus also on active cooperation with stakeholders.   

Project goal

Main project goal is to create complex and linked offering of activities leading to strenghtening work integration of target group and removing barriers which blocks group acces to job market. Project goal is also to support creation of new work possitions and by separate but linked activities to improve competencies of target group and thus improve their employabilty on job market.

Target group

Project target group are job applicants endangered by long time unemployment or already long time unemployed people because of their health disadvantage.

Courses

Project is for more efficiency devided into two courses because of specific needs and individual aproach to target group

• creation of contact and cooperation net
• diagnostic and counselling
• motivational activity one – strenghtening of competencies of participant by supporting activities
• motivational activity two – activization of participant in motivational center
• requalification courses – assistant construction worker, arranger
• For effective education of the group we create, based on entry diagnostics, 16 didactic support textbooks which will help participants to pass requalifications
• job placement support
• project outcome assessment meeting  

Outcome

Project outcome is strenghtening of competencies and employability of 50 people from target group, 18 succesfull graduates of requalification courses and creation of two new work possitions.
